Open Space Saves Us $$. Vote “No” on Warrant Article 13
Warrant Article 13 would reduce development money from going into Sandown’s Conservation Fund; money that is used to acquire open space for Sandown, all in the name of reducing taxes. This is penny wise and pound foolish.
Open Space Reduces Long Term Taxpayer Costs
Undeveloped open space costs the taxpayer $0. Land used for housing developments directly impacts school budgets and increases taxes.
Please Vote "No" on Warrant Article 13. |
